I've always thought that Saddlebreds, National Show Horses, Morgans and Hackneys have gone together like peanut butter and jelly. I can remember they all use to show at the same shows and many people own a combination of these breeds.

I think the point was just a reminder that it supposed to be primarily Saddlebreds here because we have had problems in the past with having every rescue in the country listed here (exaggeration). Not that those are not important too, but this particular forum is supposed to be about Saddlebreds, so don't want those to get lost in the list.

Thanks!

Let me first preface this by saying the hits I'm sure to take on my opinion shall roll off my back like water. So go ahead girls and hit me we are all entitled to our own opinions without defending them or arguement. I agree with this moderator whole heartedly. I have and have had horses other than ASBs so I do not discriminate against any breed. I was, however, pleased to find a site devoted exclusively to saddlebreds and their special prowess. There are many rescue organizations that extend help to all breeds and there are some that work exclusively with one breed, e.g. Tbreds and others. There is nothing I see that is wrong to CONCENTRATE on the breed that this site was evidently started for.

I have a beautiful TN Walker and love him dearly but when I come to this site I want to see information about the saddlebred. This moderator is only saying to limit coverage for other breeds on the rescue....I would go further and say limit information on the whole site to saddlebreds.
