Road Pony To Wagon

I looked through the rule book and all I can find about wagon ponies is that they have to wear breeching. I am just wondering if they have to back and stand in the line-up?

Thanks!

Roadsters never have to back. As for standing in the line-up, all horses/ponies should stand reasonably well, but the wagon class is not an amateur class so manners aren't paramount. The order of emphasis for judging is: performance, speed, quality and manners.

Read the general section of the rules in the Roadster and Hackney sections, it applies to all of the other sections. Roadster section rule 104.5 and Hackney section rule 136.4.

Thank you, road pony, for answering my question!
