I am trying to help my parents track down a mare that they bred. She is a 2006 mare, chestnut with left front and left hind whites as well as a star, strip and snip. She was sold by my parents in 2009 and then went through the spring 2010 tattersall's sale.
My mom had contacted the purchaser right after the sale, and she had said she was intending to work with her and see what she would be. The purchaser lived in GA. A few months later when contacted to see how she was progressing she said that she had sold her to a dealer who then sold her to an Amish guy in PA. I called her not long ago to see if she had any further details on who the dealer was and she did not have any information. Her papers were never tranferred from the person who bought her at tattersalls.
The mare's barn name was Mickey Sue, but may have been changed to Stella. I have a couple pics of her as a young two year old. She was broke to ride and drive before my parents sold her. Please keep and eye out for her. She would be around 16hh or greater, and had a fair amount of body to her. She could be pretty hot. Unfortunately we do not have any more recent photos, but these do atleast give an idea of markings and body type.
