Need ID help!!

*READ MY NEXT MESSAGE DOWN FOR THE POEM!!*I found a cute little hackney pony gelding that I am seriously interested in getting my daughters for christmas (what little horse crazy girl doesnt want a pony for christmas??) The problem is that he has lost his identity. I think it would help me understand his quirks if I can find out his history and I could REALLY use some help here! He is very distinctively marked and the closest match I could find in my inept search of the registry a 1991 bay gelding by the name of Flaming Rainbow. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me! Thank you!!

I am sharing this a day early since I can't contain my excitement. Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring, thankfully no mouse! The pony is tucked into the barn with care not knowing tomorrow two little girls will appear! I in my breeches and rob in his jeans will make our way to the barn to listen to little girl squeals and screams!!

they won't know what hit them with carrots in their stockings, a bridle to unwrap, a halter too, the strange looks they will give us, What Do We DO??? Well, silly little girls!! What do you think? I don't think those are skates for the ice ...skating rink! So what could it be, whats with these presents? Could there be something else? Could it be pleasant?

Well perhaps the barn door is close for another reason?? Now hurry up! Dress for the Season! Go look and see what Santa has brung, two cute little ears and an over active tongue! Attached to a PONY so merry and bright and he is YOURS for more than a fortnight! Now go ride and brush and play with your boy, My beautiful girls, YOU BRING ME GREAT JOY!!!!

I do beleive I am in possession of Flaming Rainbow. The small white mark on the inside left hind is present and the age is an exact fit. Now I am hoping that the AHHS will be as helpful on returning his ID as the ASHA is.

So if any of you recall a bay hackney pony gelding with a LOT of white on him by that name...I really need to speak to you!

Ah HA! In that case, I will try that again tomorrow! THANK YOU!!

PS. the AHHS was very helpful, both parents are DNA'ed in canada, so we will be able to positively identify him. now we just need to find someone to sign off on the little man. He is doing VERY well here. I swear that pony is downright BRILLIANT I mean off the charts Einstein smart. Yesterday we lunged, today we lunged saddled. When I took him out to the area of my yard I am working him in today, I looked at him while I was getting the line looped properly, waved a hand and said, "Go on, you know what to do" and he went out to the circle and struck up as nice a trot as you could ask for!
