SS Tack Color??

I have a bay National Show Horse. Would brown tack or black tack be better for him. Doesn't seem like many people use black tack?

Dark brown tack. No tans or orangy browns. Just the way it is.

TWH/gaited are more into black. Friesans too, I think.

Havana brown would be the name of it ;)

Definitely no orangy or light browns.

You could use black if your horse was really, really dark. But I'd go with Havana brown; because you can use that on any horse of any color.

Havana brown all the way. Black may be seen in some other breeds, such as Friesians, but havana is most traditional and versatile if you ever need to use it on other horses.
