I need someone with access to Saddle Horse Report online to help me. I was told there was an article on the UPHA horsemanship finals in Perry Georgia in October where both the champioon and reserve champion were from Dixie Stables. Can someone please email me that article??????????? I need to type up something for our local newspapers and I know that article would help.

If you show a 5-gaited horse, whether it is in pleasure or open, you may be qualified for the UPHA FIVE-GAITED HORSEMANSHIP FINALS to be held at the All American Classic Horse Show.

Effective in 2008 the qualification for the UPHA FIVE-GAITED HORSEMANSHIP FINALS has been revised. To qualify, riders must compete and be judged in a minimum of one UPHA Five-Gaited Horsemanship qualifying class or any one class within the 5-Gaited sections (open or pleasure) during the qualifying season. A win in a qualifying class does not eliminate the rider from further competition in that qualifying season. Show managers may request permission for holding the UPHA 5-Gaited Horsemanship class by contacting the UPHA office, 4059 Iron Works Parkway Suite #2, Lexington, KY 40511 or by phone at (859) 231-5070.
