Hi Everyone,

Ill post more details when I have them, but just wanted to get people thinking.
A new horse show for New England has come about. Memorial Day weekend, at the Topsfield Fair Grounds, in Topsfield, MA, a new horse show is going to be held. The judges are selcted, and the host hotel will be the Ferncroft. This is a great facility and a great area to have a show. Easy to get to off the highway, gorgeous indoor ring, and great stalls.
There is going to be box "tables" (like at blue ridge classic) Where complimentary food and beveragte will be served if you buy a table.

This is an opportunity to really support the New England circut. The Upreach Theraputic Riding club is going to be a part of the show as well (like they were for Greater Manchester)

Any questions please email me.

This would actually be a new OLD horse show, IIRC. I'm pretty sure there was an ASB show at Topsfield Fairgrounds in the 1960s/70s. I don't think I ever showed there but my friends (who were all older) did.

Anyway, sounds great!!! Do please post details when you get 'em!!

Erica:

Be sure that the show registers with ASHA so it will go on the ASHA online calendar and park/pleasure exhibitors can have their classes count for 2009 KSF qualifying. The registration form can be found at http://www.saddlebred.com/files/compreg09.pdf

:) I know north shore horsemans assoc. used to be at topsfield, because i used to show there when i was 2-4 years old. (so, 1980s). And I am sure there were more before. This will just be a "new" show then :) In place of a Deerfield Fair horse show that us new englanders so often attend. My trainer Rob Turner, and Johnny Lampropolous are an integral part, along with many others. More info to follow!!

Ill be sure to get it part of ASHA!!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!

This is looking to be a good show!! 299 stalls have been sold which is great for a "first " horse show at a new location. Good parties are planned every night and a live auction. An ice cream social during the afternoon session Saturday hosted be HighTail Acres. Also High Tail Acres kids will be selling 50/50 tickets going towards the UPHA National Convention which will be held in Boston in 2011!!!
