For those of you interested in possibly selling a started prospect next spring, this might be a venue to explore. Lots of networking possible, too.

Who knows where the path may lead...

I'm planning to go just see what is there and what the prices are going for. I also plan to talk up my saddlebred colt though he isn't for sale. Got interesting feedback on him yesterday from the event trainers in Maryland (they're down giving clinics here this week). They really like him and said he is very athletic and has an "exquisite" trot. His temperament is interesting though. He's extremely bold, not spooky in the least, but dominant and is argumentative. They asked if he had particularly "hot" saddlebred lines, but I don't know if they are or not. He sounds just like his dam to me!:tt2: So, I'll be talking him up with the people at the sale and hopefully some will be interested in looking toward a saddlebred for their next sport horse. This will be fun! Who all is planning on a trip to Aiken? You'll love it here if you've never been and if you can bring a horse down to ride, you need to hit up Hitchcock Woods!

Heather,
It could just be a case of the '2 year olds'; you know teenagers think they are always right!
-Or if they are feeding him like a TB, LOL!
I don't see a problem, or too hot, but then, I'm not the one working with him. He sounds like a grand horse.
Thanks for getting him out there.

Thanks! He's gonna rock Aiken if it kills me (and it might)! Are you going to make the huge trek down here for the sale?
