This is terribly sad. This mare showed on my circuit in 5G for years and years, and was a very popular horse. I've seen her make many passes, some with blue ribbons at big shows. I have no idea how she's ended up in a rescue situation.

I told my friend in WI about her. She has emailed for more info. I'll let you know what she finds out.

I'm not sure if this was prior to her going to the rescue or what the story is. Hopefully someone can add more information to this thread.

I just received an email from someone letting me know this mare is not in a rescue situation, regardless of how that web site is portraying her.

I don't really understand, but out of consideration to this upset person I am going to close this thread.
