Help With my Boots

I bought a brand new pair of patent jod boots last year on line. I cannot remember which site. The boots are made in USA and have a pebbly (not rippled) sole. One boot still looks great but the other has two giant tears down the front. It looks like it was attacked with a butcher knife! Does anyone have similar boots who can tell me the maker or have a similar experience?

What brand are they? That will help narrow down the possibilities.

That's the problem. There is nothing written inside except size and made in the USA. I thought the pebble bottoms would be a distinctive clue.
