Circle Y has a web site and some nice stuff. I recently bought show silver reins, a breastpiece, and bridle from Circle Y. If you have a Sargeant's anywhere nearby, it is a pretty amazing place. They carry some Circle Y stuff as I recall.

Were they split reins or romel? I have all Circle Y tack, but can't seem to find romel reins to match!

Horse Emporium in Waukesha, Wi also carries alot of nice Western show tack.
We bought my new (a few years ago LOL) romal reins from them. They bring a trailer to pretty much every Saddlebred show in the WI/IL area

jhilgeman, are you the one who shows Vanna Valone?
They were split, so that ain't helping you, I guess.

If you go on ebay and do a search for vintage Circle Y or antique Circle Y, you will find some great Circle Y romal reins quite often. I have a vintage Circle Y saddle and show set that I purchased off of ebay and that's how I found out. Now I'm kind of addicted to looking about once a week to see what pops up.

vintage Circle Y
Our show bridles and breastplates are vintage circle Y; the silver with gold floral designs and red/pink stones. We got mom's stuff off Ebay. Though it's not a set; cos the 'brilliant' sellers broke up the sets and sold them individually :cursing: And we'd win one piece but not the other :taz:

Yes, I am Jean that rides Vanna Valone. Hope to see you at a show soon and you can introduce yourself.

Thanks for all the great suggestions about tack. This is a really nice site for information. I'm glad I found out about it. My next show won't be until Summerfun. See you there.
