I have the show bill for both nights (Apr. 4-5; ASB classes are on Saturday the 5th). I'm not sure how to post it here, though. Send me a PM with your email address and I'd be happy to email it to you.

If anybody knows how to post it here, please do the same :). Oh the joys of being technologically challenged...

Do you know if there is an Open Three gaited class. I know there was last year but my friend had a list of classes emailed to her from a friend that goes there and open three gaited wasn't on there. I want my gelding to go, but he wont be able to if there isn't an open three gaited.

There is only an amateur class. I have the showbill as an image but can't attach it here.

My trainer called today to ask about the open three gaited class. They are going to change the amateur three gaited class to open three gaited. There was only one person in the amateur class last year. She was from our barn and there were around 6 in the open.

I think that Morehead is on the 4th? Also they are talking about having Academy in the morning. Stalls are $25, I heard they are asking for people to prepay for stalls, and the judge is Lisa Bible. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong!

Stalls for $25 is the best deal I heard of in a while!

Only 7 Saddlebred classes at the Morehead Spring Show?? My how times have changed!

Yea and they took the two pony classes out starting last year. Probably because the year before in 2006 my pony was the only one. The year before that in 2005 though we had 5 in my class.

Last year we had the only amateur three gaited. we called and asked about a month ago and they changed it to Open three gaited. The show bill that was sent to us says 43. Three gaited open. But I remember last year show pleasure juvy and adult only had 2 in it. Now they didnt split it into juvy and adult this year, just show pleasure. I know we have 2 in it, maybe three. It could get scary if alot show in the class.

Congrats to Ridin03's horse who placed 2nd last night. I wasn't there but I heard all about it. All of the other horses we took she said took 1st place in every class.

Thanks! My boy did a good job last night. Like she said our barn won 1st in every class we were in except for his. Both country pleasure classes, open english, show pleasure, and open western pleasure. We also got second in the open english, and show pleasure. We had a VERY good show.

Wanted to say how proud we were of our horses and riders. We had a great show at Morehead.

Tyler showed Captain in the leadline class and trotted out of the ring for a VP:clap:
Amy Rock showed a young mare in the Open English and was 3rd.

Monica Olsen had a fabulous first show on her gaited horse, King Crimson, to win the Amateur 5-gaited class.

Ande Seybert won and was reserve in the western division on My Son's Affair.

Ashley Hopkins had a smart and improved performance on her country pleasure mare to pull out a 4th.

and

Todd had an Awesome ride on Monica and Tony Olsen's mare, Shezacat, and won the Park Performance class. We will be taking off her mane and Monica will be showing her at River Ridge in a couple of weeks.

I am so proud of everyone!
